Michael Barbarette is an accomplished graduate from the University of Florida College of Law in 1988.  After being admitted to the Florida Bar in 1988, Mike remained in Gainesville and began handling criminal defense and other legal matters.  During his legal career Mike has represented hundreds of people against criminal charges.  Michael lives in the area with his wife and daughters.

Kevin Quirk received his law degree in 1995 from the University of Florida and practices almost exclusively in the area of Criminal Defense. He has successfully represented numerous individuals charged with felonies, misdemeanors and juvenile offenses.   He teaches the seminar “Strategies in Handling DUI Cases” with his partner Michael Barbarette throughout the state of Florida. Kevin lives in Gainesville with his wife and children.
